Kelly Duncan has entered her second term as president of WYFCP. She started serving on the WYFCP board as fundraising coordinator in 2016, then served as secretary and treasurer before becoming president. Kelly currently has 2 football players in the program. Kelly believes that youth sports serves as a perfect environment to help children develop the skills necessary for life-long success both on and off the field. Brian Faya will be our Vice President this year. Brian has been active in WYFCP for many years, through coaching and serving on the board. Brian has provided guidance to the program as Member at Large and as President in the past. Brian thoroughly enjoys coaching football and plans on contributing his skills in this area by overseeing and supporting all our teams in the 2021 season. Crystal Glass is our treasurer. Crystal and her family have been involved in with Winfield Program for several years with both her children in the program. Last season, you probably saw Crystal during the countless hours that she put in in the concession stand. Ashley Kashishian has been our secretary for two years. She has two children in the program and has also served a team mom. Ashley is dedicated to helping WYFCP provide a fantastic experience for every child in the program. Ashley can be reached at wyfcpsecretary@gmail.com.

Josh Powell is our Football Area Director and Head Coach of our 8U football squad. Josh developed a love of football playing in the MVAL with the Brunswick Railroaders and continued his career as a 3 year varsity player and capital of the high school squad. Josh has supported the Winfield Football and Cheer Program for three seasons. Beginning as an assistant coach with our Pitbull squad as an assistant coach in 2019, Josh took on the board position of football area director in 2020. Charlene Sterner is our Cheer Area Director. She got involved with WYFCP when her 3 children, who have all moved on to high school and beyond, played and cheered. Charlene has an intense love of cheer and has coached for WYFCP for over 6 years. Last year, she served as assistant area director and she is super excited to step up to area director.
